This policy covers paid animation packages bought in the Telegram bot @photoalive_ai.
Failed generations
A failed generation is returned to the balance automatically.
Unused packages
An unused package can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@my-album.art with the payment date.
Used animations
Used animations are not refunded except for a technical failure.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
